Wimborne Minster Food & Drink Festival's popular professional cookery demos in the Cornmarket will include, for the first time, local chef Lisa Osman. Lisa founded her All Hallows cookery school in Wimborne St Giles four years ago. Previously, she operated a successful hospitality business in Dorset and London, and is a Slow Food Chef, and Great Taste judge.
All Hallows is an historic farmhouse which, with Rose Cottage tucked behind, overlooks the River Allen and St Giles watercress beds. Both are located in a series of walled gardens, producing fruit, edible flowers, and herbs, creating an idyllic setting for the cookery school with rooms to stay.
